How does this program help me lose weight?
Be aware that the our drops itself does not cause weight loss, it just modifies your eating behavior. Will I keep the weight off?
After the 30-day detox program, you will find your appetite has decreased, your eating behavior will be dramatically altered and your body will, of course, have changed. You will find a minimum amount of exercise will be sufficient for maintaining a very healthy body- from yoga, to 15 minute cardio a day, or whatever you enjoy, that keeps youre your heart moving. With your hypothalamus reset, your metabolism will be different and you will be able to eat moderately without feeling the need to overeat. Amongst the people who have tried this program, 75 to 90% have had hardly any or no difficulty maintaining their new, ideal weight.
Is it safe to take other medications and vitamins while on the HCG diet?
As with all weight loss programs before starting check with your health-care provider.
What sort of personal products may I use?
During the 30-day program, it is recommended to find products that are free from oils. The theory is you will burn the oil from the products before you burn your own fat.
What is the correct dosage for the HCG Alternative drops and when should I take them?
We recommend 12 drops sublingual (under the tongue) 3 times per day. Do not drink or eat 10-15 minutes after taking them.

What is your shipping policy?
Unless otherwise indicated shipping is included in the purchase price to the USA. (regular USPS ground) Express and Priority shipping is available at your cost. International Shipping will be at your cost.
How long will it take for my product to be delivered?
Normal delivery times are between 2-7 business days for shipping to the USA.
What is your cancellation/return/refund policy?
Due to the nature of our product(s) and the safety of our customers we do not accept any type of returns. Once you place your order, the order is yours to keep. We do not provide any refunds on any returned products whether the bottle has been opened or not. If you return or refuse the package we will not be able to give you a refund unless pre-approved by customer service We do not use any product(s) that have been returned to us for the safety of our customers.
